1、preparation before the function
We should give a detail inspection to the main axis and other transmission parts with the enough lubricating oil.
We should check if there have the connection bolts with the phenomenon of loose and fracture.We should check if there have obstacles in the body machine and various transmission parts.
We should check if the transmission equipments and motor are processing the normal function to ensure there have no crack or slip crack .And we should check if the terminal box and the earthling device are connected firmly and the safeguard equipment are in one piece.
2、inspection and operation in the function
During the normal operation, we should not forcely start the equipment before we find out the trouble if there has happened the machine halt .And we can clean out the materials from the crushing cavity and to process the operation according to the sequence.
Attention ,we should give a timely processing when there have happened the malfunction like abnormal sounds out of friction or beating between the hammer and grates .
After we shut down the machine, we should also inspect the wearing condition of the hammer, inner plate and discharging grate.
Besides ,maintenance to the equipment is one of the key factors to extend the service life .And the normal maintenance are mainly including the cleaning equipment, bolts fasten ,better lubrication, mechanical parts adjustment .which are very closely to the operation .According to the structures of the equipment, the reasonable choice and lubrication materials are the main factors in the equipment maintenance .And we often adopt two kinds of lubrication oil such as grease and lubricating oil .And the grease are often applied in the dusty places with easy grease seal and bearing with no dust so the grease is the better choice to the Hammer Crusher.
The operator should insist in three principles like using better ,controlling better and fix better; and four abilities like better using ability ,better maintenance ability ,better inspection ability ,better troubleshooting ability ;and also the four free principles like no dust, no sundries ,no oil founding and no loosing .And with all of the advantages ,we can ensure the normal function to exert the better technical performance
